Vince is another great trainer out there on the web. He's also a body builder and a fitness model (but you can see that for yourself). He was such a great guy to talk to and really held nothing back in terms of the info he gives to you.

Vince's big popular seller is called: No Nonsense Muscle Building and though it sounds like a big manly book it's not! Vince knows that you're a woman so he talks about fitness and staying fit and toned for women and the differences in training between men and women.

    Craig is a highly respected personal trainer and strength coach. He's the man behind the ever popular e-book Turbulence Training! A lot of Craig's training ideals and philosophies match up to Dan and mine but there is a lot of info that we picked from Craig.     Fitness Weight Training Guru And Nutrition Expert: Cassandra Forsythe

    This is one of the best interviews we've done. Cassandra is really on her game when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Not only is she on her way to becoming a registered dietician but she's also a personal trainer and is currently getting her PhD in Kineseology.

    On top of that she's set her passion to women's fitness and nutrition. We share a lot of the same opinions but she really has a lot to offer with training tips and nutrition tips.

    Busy as a author for several magazines and the co author of the hit book: The New Rules of Lifting for Women, Cassandra really stands up as a great spokes person for the drive to push women into the weight room.

    Figure Competitor Star: Christina Lanois

    This single mother knows a ton about goal setting and aiming high. This was a great, motivational interview for all women! Christine is a Canadian figure champion and this over 40 mom looks amazing.

    Her drive for success and ability to slow down when she needs to is awesome. She's a role model and heck, if I can look like her after 40, that would be amazing.

    Best Athletic Strength/Conditioning Coach: Mike Boyle Interview

    Mike Boyle (No relation to our Dan) is one of the top desired athletic strength coaches in the country.

    Located in Boston, he is the trainer for several pro athletic teams and the Boston University Hockey team. On top of that, he's also trained Olympic teams! His gym was ranked as one of the top in the nations and we have to agree.

    This interview is great, Mike offers great exercise training tips, information for your body and how it responds to exercise and even some insite into his opinions on diet supplements for getting that top notched body.

    With over 25 years of experience, it's a no brainer that Mike has some great information to share.

    Another Trainer's View Cameron McGarr Interview

    Cameron McGarr is a great personal trainer. He was trained and mentored by one of the industries leading men, Alwyn Cosgrove and has really made a name for himself.

    A regular writer for Men's Fitness magazine and contributor for several other books websites and magazines, he's also the creator of several workout programs and sites. He has some great tips to help you further your workout program and great motivation to really push yourself in the weight room.

    We love talking weight lifting, and diet with Cameron and he is very set in his beliefs, this only makes him a better interviewee.

    Expert Interview with Mike Levinson

    This is a great interview to share with the special man in your life. Though Mike Levinson runs the site called Buff Dad's, there's a lot that we women can take from this interview too. This is a great book and of course concentrates on nutrition. Mike is also a great personal trainer and shares the fundamental belief with us here... that weight training is the way to get real results that last a lifetime. So enough jabber from me...
