Sure they sound awesome and I have no doubt that they are, but who really has the time to make them? Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day and if you have to skimp on any meal I don't suggest it be this one. The right breakfast gets your metabolism flowing and your body energize for the long day ahead. Any of these meals make a great option for your breakfast!
