What Makes Fit Women's Weekly Different From Other Fitness Programs?

This is a great question because there are a lot of different fitness and health programs out there. It's probably the most confusing area of life.

1. Fit Women's Weekly is designed for two types of women.



One:



Women that are starting to exercise again and have not in a really long time.

The goal is to lose weight and increase strength. It's also to increase flexibility and functionality so your body is efficient at moving correctly. The number of body inefficiencies is huge for women so we want to correct these as well.

Two:



Women that are stuck in the same old fitness program and all results have stopped.

The goal is to jolt your body out of it's plateau and get you moving in a program like you've never seen before.





It's about helping you lose those last 5 to 10 pounds or 2 to 3 inches from your waist. It's about boosting your energy and correcting body imbalances as well.

If you are one of these women then Fit Women's Weekly is for you.

Right there that is what makes us very different. We don't try to be everything to everybody.
  1. One, women are the primary focus.
  2. Two, only certain types of women (see above) will really benefit from this program.
Fit Women's Weekly is very exclusive in that regard. It's not a catch all and get it filled up with as many people as possible like all the other fitness sites on the Internet are.

2. Fit Women's Weekly Is Designed By Two Very Experienced Trainers







This is another huge differentiating point that puts Fit Women's Weekly far above anything else.

It was built and designed by two trainers... Taylor and Dan (wife and husband). We both active train real clients everyday. We are not just online pretending to be trainers... we are trainers.

Most people on the Internet say they are trainers, but you'll find they either have never or no longer train real people. That is a HUGE mistake.

You can't improve programs and diets, if you don't have person to person contact and testing.

You benefit greatly at Fit Women's Weekly because you only see the fitness programs that are tested and that work. You only see the recipes and meal plans which taste good and have worked.
