That is an interesting answer, but it's pretty true. It will take you as long as it takes to keep the results. That is what makes Fit Women's Weekly so different from other programs.

We are installing a new fitness based lifestyle, not just helping you burn 10 pounds so you can gain it back in a month or two. You've probably been through weight regain before and it's not fun.

So we have a program that not only delivers results, but teaches you the key fundamental habits of healthy living along the way. Not to mention it's not only your going to completely change your life. You're not!

You'll just change a few key areas that have a huge impact on your body, energy levels, and happiness.

It's Really All About The 80/20 Rule







The goal is to have you lose your first 10 pounds in your first 4 weeks. From that point we don't really change too much or concentrate on weight. Weight loss is automatically happen when you make the other key changes in fitness and nutrition.

If you have about 30 pounds to lose, you will wake up and one day be much smaller. It will sneak up on you.

To make that happen, it's the 80/20 rule. 80% of the results you'll get will come from only 20% of the actions you'll take.

These actions are:
  1. The weekly workouts
  2. Key food and meal substitutions
  3. Eating more regularly
  4. Sleep more
That's really all it takes to sculpt an amazing body and boost your natural energy levels to all time highs. From here you'll learn how to tweak different things to get the other results you want.

This could be adding in some weight training. Maybe it might be some more nutritional changes that can help you.
