Workout 1: Superset Super Circuit
This is a superset circuit workout. It's probably the most complex because it has a huge library of exercises you'll need to use. But that's also what makes this workout a ton of fun.
It's 9 super sets in a timed fashion. 45 seconds for exercise one and 30 seconds for two. Little rest as possible, but listen to your body.

Workout 2: Heart Thumbing "Onsie" Workout
This is a really fun workout. You'll start with only 1 rep of each exercise. Sounds easy right? But then you'll get up to 5 reps and then work your way back down to one. It's a blast!
This is an easy workout to take anywhere and fun because you can test how long it takes to do.

Workout 3: Personal Best Workout
Workout 3 is different from all the others. It has three mini circuits which you'll have to do as much as possible in the time frame. I think this is really fun to jump from one circuit to the next.
Keep track of each set and reps you do and see if you can beat my personal times which are posted for you.

Workout 4: Boot Camp 5 - 0
This is a really tough workout because you'll be pushing the reps pretty high. However, it's a great workout because you'll be so proud of yourself by the time you're done. Not to mention it's a true strength builder and comfort zone buster.
Seven exercises… a lot of reps… but a lot of fun!

Workout 5: Interval All The Way
This workout I introduce something you may never have done or heard of before… active rest. I promise you, if you follow my lead in workout 5 you will never sit still, but you'll still get your rest too. You'll see what I mean!
This workout is 8 exercises. It's total body. And you'll do some exercises that I know are going to be completely new to you.

Workout 6: Tabata Non-Fatata Workout
Incase you didn't guess already, this is a tabata workout. Short bursts of work with short rests makes for endurance, fat burning, and strength.
There are six exercises, two in each set, and you'll be moving and pushing yourself. Give it your all as these are FAST!

Workout 7: Muscle Toner
Wow this workout is stuffed full of exercises and it's going to hit every waking part of your body. As you can tell, it's a lean muscle builder and this workout mixes both reps and timed work to give you something completely new.
Make sure you study the tracking sheet so you can ensure you don't slow down one bit. Have fun with this one.

Workout 8: Working Your Way Down
Going down is not always a bad thing. This workout will make you appreciate going down for sure. It's only 5 exercises and you'll start at a high rep count and work your way down.
This is not the normal bang I end my programs with. However, work really hard to keep great form and push yourself hard. Finish the Boot Camp with all you have! |
