Treadmill Workouts for Women

Welcome to the treadmill workouts page for women.

Personally I am not the biggest fan of treadmills, but if used properly, they can provide you a great workout. The fact is most women workout on the treadmill in the worst way possible.

In fact it's so bad that doing "these" types of workouts adds body fat to your body.

So if you're going to use the treadmill, then you must use these workouts.

beginner-intervals

Running on the treadmill, when done right, can really help you maximize your fat loss. These are all interval workouts and they are intense cardio blasts. If you are not used to running like crazy then this beginner program is perfect for you.

The speed interval is another great interval training program perfect for all levels of fitness. This will really push you to push your levels of sprinting. It's intense but activates the muscles in your legs for sculpting and burning of your fat!

The all terrain workout is a lot of fun as you will be running up inclines and back down... all over the place. It really puts your body in a state of confusion which means you'll be burning fat as it won't beable to keep up.

The circuit relay workout is a great time on the treadmill. You will constantly be pushing yourself to beat your previous times and this makes it much more fun. Make sure you track your numbers and post them your blog!
